Without this deposit or full payment thru the “Group or Party Booking” product, a referee will NOT Be Scheduled for your date and time. and your group might be disappointed and/or turned away if closed. This Deposit is also required for ANY SIZE GROUPS booked Monday – Friday or Weekends 6pm or after during the off Season. Off season is considered November 1st – April 30th. This deposit is for Ref/Staff Scheduling. This deposit is Non Refundable if you fail to Show up & Refundable if/when you do Show up. This deposit is required due to the increasing number of NO SHOWS during off peak periods and will be used to pay the staff that did show up.
