You can pay this Non Refundable Deposit if you have 20 players or intend to pay for 20 players on the day of your event – even if you have less players. This deposit is required for referee scheduling for your private group. Without this deposit or full payment thru the “Group or Party Booking” product, a referee will NOT Be Scheduled for you and your group will have to play with the walkons. This Deposit is also required for ANY SIZE GROUPS booked Monday – Friday or Weekends 6pm or after during the off Season. Off season is considered Sept 1st – June 30th. This deposit is for Ref/Staff Scheduling. This deposit is Non Refundable if you fail to Show up & Refundable if/when you do Show up. This deposit is required due to the increasing number of NO SHOWS during off peak periods and will be used to pay the staff that did show up. Deposits are not required for NON Private Groups booked Saturday or Sunday during regular hours.
